15 Ways To Overcome The Stagnation In Your Weight Loss ...


Sometimes you find your body stopped losing weight at some point, you need to lose more weight, you haven't achieved the body you want yet ! But it seems that it's all you can do and there is no way to improve. 


That happens to all of us not just in losing weight but almost in every thing in life, sometimes we find that we cannot do more, achieve more. then we should change something, discover new ways to do things and then we will see a big difference.

1- Exercise with more intensity or exercise yourself stronger
